Adair County, Ky. March 4, 2009; Today, Wellie Paul Grant was in court again, this time on motions filed by his Attorney, Robert L. Bertram of Jamestown Kentucky.
Bertram had filed motions on behalf of Grant to have Grant found incompetent to stand trial, dismissal of the indictment and for Grants release from custody. [...]
