Russell County, Kentucky March 11, 2009; Less than 48 hours after being arrested for DUI (.116, staggering drunk) and being observed drinking an alcoholic beverage while at the wheel of a motor vehicle, Matthew Leveridge appeared before a Judge and pled guilty, hoping to keep the whole ordeal quiet.
At the sentencing Leveridge appeared arrogant and unremorseful. In opposition to the entire press release Leverage put out he never told the Court he apologized nor did Leveridge tell the public the facts about the sentence he received.
Leveridge did get fined $200.00 however, he was assessed additional costs, lost his license and sentenced to 10 days in jail, which was probated. See the hearing yourself only here at USJusticewatch.
