Russell Springs, KY., March 2, 2009 USJusticeWatch is in the process of working on a news series regarding the incredible misconduct of Russell Springs Chief of Police, Joe Michael Irvin and the past reports of “extensive investigations” by Mayor Hollis DeHart to the public and City Commission regarding Irvin – that insult the intelligence of the public.
USJusticeWatch learned from sources on the inside that Mayor Hollis DeHart is apparently looking into a high speed chase that occurred on February 20th, 2009. This time we all hope the Mayor doesn’t try and sweep it under the rug,,,,, again. The series, rightly named “Botched Investigations, Intentional or Incompetence?” will kick off with this rather small, yet recent act of willful disregard for public safety and the law when the City of Russell Springs apparently sent Chief Irvin and one of his officers to pick up a new Dodge Charger Police car. Apparently, Irvin was testing the high speed capabilities of the car when he was clocked in by the Kentucky State Police (KSP) at 137 miles per hour on the Cumberland Parkway. So far it has been learned that KSP called ahead for a road block which put into action the Russell Springs Police Department who allegedly greeted Irvin with the usual “cool, can I try that?” And of course, the usual hush it up quick, before someone notices.
We all remember that the Mayor gave a scorching report to the City Commission that Irvin was a good investigator and that all the allegations against Irvin were baseless. The Mayor and City Commission even gathered together and filed suit to try and scare off those accusing Irvin and others in the City of Russell Springs of misconduct. Like the high speed chase investigation above, the results and reactions of the City officials were no surprise. Stay tuned for some hard hitting, indisputable facts and evidence in this series which kicks off this week. You will be able to hear it and see it for yourself with this new style of news, called: USJusticeWatch!
As stories develop you will see USJusticeWatch occasionally report only a portion of the story, hoping to uncover corrupt officials that deny an incident happened or those who try and cover up wrongdoing. Rest assured that we will always report all sides of the news and we will report it to its end. It is our belief that an informed public is the first necessary step in protecting our rights from an out of control Government that no longer fears the public and is more judicially protected every day.
Send us your story and we will be glad to help.
