I was listening this morning to the Brad and Britt show and although I was in and out of McDonalds while a representative of US Justice Watch was being interviewed, what I did hear made me wonder if there was anything I could do to help the organization. I am already employed so I don’t want a full-time job per se, but with the political landscape as it is, I am chomping at the bit to get involved and thought your organization might have a need for someone to read/analyze and provide a synopsis of legislation or news or something along those lines. Let me know if this is a possibility. Thanks for your time and consideration.

I have worked for the Postal Service for about 22 years. In that time I have seen how Postal Investigators falsify reports. That is just the tip of the ice berg. There have been numerous actions of open and blatant fraud. A station manager sends the janitor home and brings in his relatives to do the same job he sent the janitor home for. Since one of his workers was 16 he filed a workers compensation that is how this story got out. Was the station manager fired? Of course not!! I was asked to back date some documents to show required OSHA stand up talks were given to the employees. The Postal Service was set to let all employees on liited duty to be let go starting in October of 2009. The new Postmaster (African American) promoted two employees to save their jobs. One of the injured employees was on light duty. Light Duty means the injury was not work related. Limited duty means you had an on the job injury. In January 0f 2009 all persons on a detail were suppose to return to their actual offices. One African American woman who was on light duty was promoted to a 204B position (trainee to become a supervisor) when she was brought back to save her job. I had to have a right knee total knee replacement and cartilage cloned in my left knee to save it. I was handling the OSHA requirements for the city of Berkeley. When I brought documents we needed to meet OSHA requirements for the Postmaster to sign. Postmaster Ray Davis went off on me verbally. It took me almost three years to get my knee claims approved. Why you might ask? Because the former Postmaster, a Postal OWCP claims examiner and an attorney-at-law pushed a fraudulent job offer on me with the threat of losing my OWCP benefits. As soon as I pointed out to the attorney what she was doing was wrong she dumped me as a client. She had me keep her files at her office. When she dumped me of the 22 plus boxes of documentation I had she instructed another client to go through my files. The files included all my Department of Labor files. She had anything that might prove she threw the case shredded. I have herniated disk and ruptured disk with degenerative disk disease. The job offer forced upon me never included the limitations for my back. Instead all that went on the job offer was the claim number for the anxiety claim. I was pushed around, tripped etc. After the Rodney King trial verdict was read I lived in hell. I was the only white man working in the worst areas of Oakland, CA. If mail was not delivered it was brought back to the station and hid until the next morning. While the PTF’s (Part time flex) had to go out and deliver the mail. Managers, Postmasters etc get a bonus eveery year. One year congress was investigating how we ended up in the red. The Postal attorney’s stated it would have cost the Postal Service more money to fight the EEO complaints on this money than try and win the $880,000.00 bonus these people received. Our Union can only be conpared to Jimmy Hoffa. We work under horrid conditions while management ignores the basic documentation needed to comply with OSHA. The Postal Managers often falsify results to conceal what is going on. Postal Inspectors turn a blind eye to anything illegal brought to their attention. There is so much more I would like to say but due to the limitations of how much you can write. I cannot go on and on with all that I know about how the alledged criminal actions of Postal Management including compensation fraud.

I know David Jones….as a matter of fact the attorney that destroyed 20+ boxes of documents ask me to help her destroy the documents. This same attorney has taken a $300,000 bribe from the Air Force. I can give you a copy of the check to dismiss my case. This same attorney threatened me and destroyed over 30 boxes of my files.
