Testimony about Joe Michael Irvin asking Howard Miller to “take someone out”.

Posted by Amy Mischler @ 1:58 pm

Before Bobby Bunch was shot on Christmas day 2009 under questionable circumstances; Court testimony under oath by Howard Miller took place on June 18, 2009. This testimony in edited video below shows how Russell Springs Police Chief Joe Michael Irvin asked Howard Miller to do a favor for the chief. This favor was to “take someone out”.

Whether it is a coincidence or not is a matter for the Adair County Grand Jury. Howard Miller at that time was the long time common law husband of Nikki Abrell. Ms. Abrell of course is the female at question who is alleged to have called Bobby Bunch to Michael Comptons residence to pick her up. The events which took place when Bunch arrived at Comptons residence is in dispute.

Abrell and Compton have stated that Bunch attempted to break in. While Bunch’s family, including one present at the scene stated that Bunch was asked in. Whichever scenario is true; what happened next is not in dispute. Bobby Bunch was shot one time in the chest at Compton’s residence and thereafter  died.

Is Howard Miller’s testimony related to the murder of Bobby Bunch?  Only time will tell.

  2. This killing in Adair County has never made any sense.
In my opinion JMI is the chief criminal in Russell County. But I guess the city father love him or a certain hole about him.

  3. JMI is the up front muscle of the crime in RC. There are several more. Just wait till we see the next election go down. Tony Kerr has fixed so many things it isnt funny. All you have to do is watch what is taking place in the Clay County case. It is identical to what is going on in RC and Adair. Funny how the judge on trial for crimes was sent to RC when Faller started raising hell.

  6. Seems they should at least get his name spelled correctly if they are going to tell lies about him. It’s “Faller” not fowler. If you read the site he is all over it. And if he did take niki out do you think he was trying to get her to talk about the murder she was involved in? Hmmm. Seems “interesting” for sure.
